When we first started, we wanted to say thank you to our lovely customers and of course entice you back in the future 😁.

 

Initially we offered a 10% discount to people after their first purchase, and we still do this, but wanted something more and after some time looking into it found a company that could put an app on our site to do this for us.

 

We thought about what to offer a lot, we wanted something simple, fair and still worth having.

 

We came up with the below which we think fits the criteria, a simple points equals a percentage discount:  

 

• 30 points = 10% discount
• 50 points = 20% discount
• 100 points = 50% discount

How do you get points?

 

• Open your account = 10 points
• Complete an order = 10 points
• On your birthday = 50 points a gift from us
• Referral Program = 50 points each person when the referred person orders

We have asked the company that has the software for this to add new ways of earning points and hope to add new ones in the future.

 

We will also run random manual offerings like offering 10% off for leaving a review on Google, or on the site about the product that you bought.

Unlike a lot of these schemes, our discounts do not have a time limit on them and can be used whenever you want.
