Payment


We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Debit Cards such as Switch, Solo, and Delta via Pay Pal. UK Cheques are also acceptable, but your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. 

 

Prices


All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.

 

Postage & Packing


We offer standard delivery for all UK orders with a lead time of 3 to 5 working days for receipt of items. Standard delivery is sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. Free delivery is offered from time to time for special promotions.

 

Expedited delivery is also available, this is sent by Royal Mail Special next working day before 1pm service. Orders despatched on a Friday, should be delivered on the following Monday, but are often delivered on the Saturday, though this should not be relied upon. These orders are usually despatched the same working day if the order is received before midday, but in some instances after this. You should expect to receive your order the next working day from despatch.

 

EU and Non EU orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and should be with you within 3-5 working days, for europe, and within 5-7 working days for outside europe, as per Royal Mail guidelines.We curently only send to countries outside the UK, that match with the Royal Mail Airsure service due to it being tracked from door to door, to ensure your order is safely delivered to you. These countries can be seen in Delivery Information, under Shipping and Returns, at the bottom of this page.

 

Free Delilvery Offers


Any orders that are sent out under a free delivery offer are subject to certain conditions. If any of the order is returned, and this causes the remainder of the order not to qualify for free delivery. Then the refund will be minus the cost of postage for the other items.

 

Rights to Cancel


By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To excercise these rights we request that you send us an email in order to cancel an order, or to request a return or exchange. We will complete any canellation requestes within 24 hours, and refund requests within 7 days of receipt of the goods, when you excercise your rights under these regulations. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email me, at paul.arnold@primosacchi.co.uk, your complaint will be acknowledged the same day if received in working hours, and the following day outside of working hours. We will attempt to resolve any issues within 10 working days. In any case, all issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint. The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process. Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
