Exchanges & Refunds
In addition to your statutory rights for cancellation and returns which are shown on our terms page, You can return an order within 30 days for a full refund.
If you need to return an order for a refund or exchange, please could you return any bag as sent out with the stuffing in place, re wrapped in the bubble wrap, and including the plastic bag and protective dust bag. ie with all original packaging and labels intact, the goods must also be undamaged. Please be careful with handles, as these place on the outside can cause the leather of the bag to be dented.
Other items should be returned where possible in the original packaging. With all orders, please return the paperwork sent out, as without this we will be unable to trace your order.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which cover catalogues and on line sales, the customer is responsible for the return of the item, and the vendor can withhold lost funds, if the item is not returned in an adequate manner.
Apologies for stating the obvious above, but we do have cases of no paperwork, and items received back in a terrible state, so as ever a few ruin things for the masses.
As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund for the returned item. We also recommend, for your own security, that you use a tracked service. We will reimburse your return postage costs, up to the value of Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, should the return be due to an error on our part.
Exchanges are sent out at the latest within 3 working days of receipt, but usually the day of receipt. Refunds are actioned and authorised at the latest within 3 working days, but again, usually the day of receipt. In both cases, we will email you to confirm what is going on. A refund may take a little longer to appear on your bank statement from actual date of refund dependant upon your financial institution.
Any orders that are sent out under a free delivery offer are subject to certain conditions. If any of the order is returned, and this causes the remainder of the order not to qualify for free delivery. Then the refund will be minus the cost of postage for the other items.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU Law.
